For the 2016 World Economic Forum on Africa, Ampion designed and facilitated a global cross-mentoring exchange between social entrepreneurs and impact investors to catalyze trust and increase investment in scaling up solutions to the world’s challenges. Ampion curated a match-making process with the impact investors and social entrepreneurs to lead to high engagement and investment.
This project was part of the World Economic Forum’s Shaping the Future of Long-Term Investing, Infrastructure and Development System Initiative. The Future of Sustainable and Impact Investing project aims to build industry coherence and collaboration to accelerate the evolution from the short-term investment mindset to one that focuses on long-term investments and sustainable impact.
